This most often occurs when a kiosk loses connection with the Spectrio Engage server. If you’re seeing the wrong thing on the kiosk, login to the portal and check to see if the hub is green. If it is not, that probably means it hasn’t updated in a while and that may be why it is displaying the wrong project. Our next step will be to work together to troubleshoot the internet connection.
