Are you setting up this screen for the first time? If yes, you may need to complete the initial setup steps. If you’re unsure of next steps, you can go to the Setup section to learn how to register a hub and link a channel.
If you’ve just linked the channel, or a Spectrio Engage team member is in the process of helping you with setup, this message may appear on screen for a few minutes while channel configuration is in process. Don’t worry! This is a normal part of the process.
If you’re not setting up your hub, and this would appear to be an error, then your channel may have become unlinked. Please contact Support at firstname.lastname@example.org or (502) 779-8981 option 1, and our team can open a ticket to troubleshoot.
