Spectrio 9000 devices can operate without a network connection in USB Mode. When in USB mode you can create an on-hold audio production with the Production Manager, save it to your computer and transfer it to the device with a common USB flash drive.
To change a device to USB mode first select the device, then click Settings.
In the pop-up box, choose ‘Offline-USB’ and click Save.
If your device was online prior to changing this setting, it will be automatically be updated to the device. If your device was offline, a configuration file “PlayerConfig.cnq” will be created, which should be saved to a flash drive.
After you save the .cnq file, insert the flash drive into the device’s USB port. The device will restart and load the updated connection settings. When the Hotspot light turns solid blue, remove the USB to reactivate your audio.
