If you are using the LifeShare for Alexa skill in your room, you can ask Alexa to send a message to the staff.
Start by saying, "Alexa, tell the staff I need help."
Alexa will then say, "Please tell me what you need help with."
Tell Alexa what you need. (For example, "I need help with my air conditioner.")
Alexa will then say, "I have notified the staff. Have a nice day!"
Alexa will send your message to the staff via email, with your name and room number included so that the staff member knows who they need to help.
The messaging tool in the LifeShare for Alexa skill is not intended for use in emergency situations. If you have an emergency or a health-related request, please use your community's call system.
