Share provides two announcement backgrounds that allow you to insert a picture next to the announcement's text - Employee of the Month and Manager of the Day. These slides display the announcement's name and text, and then the picture slides in from the right with the text adjusting over to the left. These slides are great for situations where you want to include a picture alongside the text, including:
- Introducing new employees
- Employee of the month
- Manager/Nurse on Duty
- Introducing new residents
- Resident spotlights

To utilize one of these picture announcement slides, please do the following in the admin console:
- Open the community where you want the slide to display.
- Add the appropriate text into the Name and Text fields.
- In the Slideshow Themes section, select the Manager of the Day or Employee of the Month background.
- In the Pictures section, upload the picture that you would like to use in the slide. For best results, we recommend using a picture whose dimensions are portrait oriented, or roughly square.
- You can upload more than one picture if you like; the slide will play the pictures one after the other for five seconds each.
