Once logged in, you will see the Player Status on the homepage. This section shows the Location ID of your player and if it is online, healthy, and communicating with the servers. You can view other players you have access to, and see the day’s playlist from here.
Your music may continue playing, even if the player is offline. This is because your device downloads the entire playlist before playing. If your device is offline for an amount of time, the music in that playlist will start to repeat. If your device is offline for an extended amount of time, your playlist may expire, and the device will revert to the default music, or the stream will go silent. If this happens, please call our technical support line at 800-584-4653, x 6379 for troubleshooting assistance.
