If your digital display is frozen on a black screen, a manual reboot to your SpectrioOne Media Player should resolve the issue.
- Remove the small round power cord from the Spectrio video player.
- Wait 15 seconds.
- Reinsert the power cord in the Spectrio video player.
- The player will automatically reboot after 5-10 seconds. Please do not press any power buttons on the remote control or player itself.
- Once completed, please email video support at email@example.com or call 800.584.4653 x6504 to verify that the reboot has resolved the issue.
