If you’re seeing “no channel assigned to this display” on your screen, then you may need to complete the initial setup steps. If you’re unsure of next steps, you can go to the Setup section, or learn how to register a hub and link a channel.
If you’ve just linked the channel, or a Spectrio Engage team member is in the process of helping you with setup, this message may appear on screen for a few minutes while channel configuration is in process. Don’t worry! This is a normal part of the process.
If you’re not setting up your hub, and this would appear to be an error, then your channel may have become unlinked. Please contact Support at email@example.com or 800-584-4653 x6504 for assistance.
