If your screen is showing "System UI has stopped," this is typically due to an update not completing as intended, and your device may require a manual reboot.
- Remove the small round power cord from the player.
- Wait 15 seconds.
- Re-insert the power cord into the Spectrio player.
- The device will self boot after 5 to 10 seconds. (No need to press any power buttons)
Contact Video Support once the device is connected to the Internet, so we can complete the updates.
