My screen is frozen on the Spectrio logo.

If the Spectrio logo is frozen on your screen, a manual reboot to your SpectrioOne Media Player should resolve the issue. 

1. Remove the small round power cord from the Spectrio video player.
2. Wait 15 seconds.
3. Reinsert the power cord in the Spectrio video player.
4. The player will automatically reboot after 5-10 seconds. Please do not press any power buttons on the remote control or player itself.
5. Once completed, please email video support at videosupport@spectrio.com or call 800.584.4653 x6504 to verify that the reboot has resolved the issue.
