If you have multiple Spectrio services, you will have one media player for each service. The player and corresponding remote control will be marked with the associated icons:

Digital Signage Installation & Setup
Install Your Media Player
Your media player should be installed in an easily accessible location. Install it on the top, bottom, or side of your TV, or at the top of your TV's back side using the included velcro strips. Or simply place it on a table. Position the black side facing the space where you plan to use the remote.
What You'll Need
- HDTV with an available HDMI input
- Broadband Internet connection
- Wired or wireless network
- Power outlet near your HDTV*
*We strongly recommend using a Surge Protector for the Media Player when connecting to AC power.
Connect to Your TV
Connect an HDMI cable (3ft/1m cable included) between the HDMI port on your media player and an HDMI IN port on your TV.
Many TVs have multiple HDMI inputs. Make note of the number you use (for example, HDMI 3).
Power On
Insert two AAA batteries (included) into your remote by turning the remote over and sliding the bottom half downward.
Connect the power adapter to your media player and a power outlet.
Home Screen
Your media player will start up to your Home Screen. Before you can begin playing content, you must connect it to the internet.
TIP: If your media player begins playing content automatically, you still need to connect it to the internet so it can receive changes and updates.
Remote Functions
Your media player receives commands from the remote via the USB dongle.
TIP: Pressing the Home button brings you to the Home Screen anytime.
Connect to the Internet
To use your media player, it must be connected to the Internet. The player is configured for DHCP by default.
Connect via WiFi
From the Home screen, use your remote to select Settings, then Network. Select WiFi > WiFi device > WiFi device on. Select your WiFi network.
Enter your WiFi password using the on-screen keyboard, then press Connect. Once connected, press the Home button.
Connect via Ethernet
For a wired connection, use an ethernet cable (not included) to connect your media player to your router. In most cases, the media player will connect automatically.
For static network assignment, from the Home screen, select Settings > Network > Ethernet > Advanced Options > IP Settings > Static.
Enter your IP address, subnet mask, default gateway, DNS 1 and/or DNS 2.
Customize Your Screen
EngageDS
You were emailed a username and account confirmation link prior to your media player arriving. This link may be used to access the EngageDS app directly. If you have not received this confirmation link, please contact support@spectrio.com.
You can also access the EngageDS app via SpectrioCloud at cloud.spectrio.com. Generally, your SpectrioCloud login is your email address and your account number (case sensitive).
EngageDSX
When your user account was created. you received an email with your login credentials and a link to login to the EngageDSX app. If you have not received this email. please contact support@spectrio.com.
In order to begin using your digital signage system. you will need to register your device. Once you have logged in. navigate to the Hubs page, click on the device you'd like to register. click the Register Hub button. and then enter the 4 digit code that is displayed on your screen.
Now, you may begin to schedule Media to your device. explore the Content Vaults. and create your own content in the Content Editor.

Overhead Music Installation & Setup
Connect to the Internet
Connect to your network via Ethernet cable into the LAN port.
To use the device via WiFi connection rather than Ethernet, you must connect the device to a monitor or TV via HDMI, then follow the WiFi setup instructions.
Overhead Music Amplifier
Connect the 3.5mm side to the unit and plug RCA audio cable into the input on your amplifier.
Power On
Connect the AC power adapter - use a surge protector. Do not use an outlet controlled by a light switch. Please be patient as the player prepares to play media. This may take several minutes.
Your player must be connected to the internet to receive scheduled music, updates, and maintenance.
To raise or lower the volume of your overhead music, use the + or - volume buttons on the included remote.
Once you have installed the device, call Spectrio Support at 800.584.4653 to verify connectivity.
Customize Your Music
To update the music on your player, log in via cloud.spectrio.com and select the InspireX app.
Spectrio also offers an app for both Android and iOS devices that may be used to update content and music on your SpectrioOne Media Player. Search for Spectrio in the Apple or Google Play app store.

Content Delivery
USB Content Delivery
If you receive your On-Hold content via USB stick, plug the included USB stick into the available USB port on the hardware.
Internet-Connected Content Delivery
If you receive your On-Hold content via Internet, connect the Ethernet cable with the LAN plug.
To use the device via WiFi connection rather than Ethernet, you must connect the device to a monitor or TV via HDMI. Then follow the WiFi setup instructions.
Connect Phone System
Connect the 3.5mm side to the SpectrioOne Media Player and plug the RCA audio cable into the audio input or on-hold input on your phone system.

Managing Your Account
SpectrioCloud
Whether you use just one Spectrio tool or several, you can manage everything online at cloud.spectrio.com. Generally, your login is your email address and your password is your Spectrio account number.
