If you have already worked with your Spectrio representative to create custom messages for your On-Hold Marketing, you can see what is currently scheduled and playing under current messaging. You will also see the name of the list where those messages are found.
Find that folder by clicking Messaging on the left.
Click the folder to find the list of scheduled messages.
To remove a message, click the red stop button.
To add a new message, click the green plus button and select the start and end date. If you do not select an end date, the message will play until you sign back in and manually remove it.
