After you have copied media from the Vault to your Media Library, you can quickly locate the most recently modified files in your Media Library by clicking on the “Modified” column heading to sort the files in the order that they were last modified. The most recently copied or modified files will appear first.
After you try to copy files from the Vault to your Media Library, if you see a message that some of the files you tried to copy did not get copied across because they already exist in your media library, be sure to check the Trash in your Media Library. Click on the link “View Trashed Media” located at the bottom of the Media Library. From the trash, select any files you do not want, and click on the red “incinerate” button to permanently delete the files. You should then be able to retry copying the file from the vault.
If you accidentally “trashed” a file from your Media Library, you can select the desired file in the Trash, then click on the green leaf button to “Restore” that file back to your Media Library.
