The Share admin portal allows you to create unique Community PINs that you can provide to your residents, family, and staff for quick and convenient access to your community's data via the Share mobile app.
When logged into the Share app under a Community PIN, users can see the community's:
- Activity schedule
- Menus
- Announcements
- Upcoming Birthdays
- Pictures and Videos
You can provide residents and family members with a PIN that is specific to the care unit where the resident lives. You can also provide staff users with a campus PIN, which allows them to see information for every unit at your campus. Read more about setting Community PINs here.
