This is a notice that your Media System has not been able to access the Internet for several hours.
- Check your Internet connection and make sure that it is functioning properly.
- Check your local network connection (network cables, wireless access point, etc.).
- Restart (power cycle) the Media System, wireless access point, and network switch (if applicable).
- If the Media System is connected wirelessly, confirm that it is getting a strong wireless signal by following the instructions described in the section “Checking your wireless signal strength”.
