If you are subscribed to the Vehicle On Demand (VOD) service, you can access this content across multiple devices. 

• On Your TV Screen
• On a Desktop or Laptop Computer
• Emailing Directly to Customer

On Your TV Screen

Hit the HOME button on your remote. 

Find the Video On Demand icon and click OK. 

Hit OK again to access Vehicle On Demand. 

You can navigate through the whole library of videos or use the lefthand menu to find videos by category. When you find the video you want, hit OK to play it. 

To pause the video, hit OK again. 

To return to the VOD menu, hit the BACK button. 

To return to the main menu, hit the HOME button. 

To set your TV back to its normal content, click the START YOUR PLAYLIST button.

On a Desktop or Laptop Computer

Once logged in, click Video On Demand. 

Use the categories dropdown to jump to a specific topic, or click through each page. You can click the thumbnail or PREVIEW to play the video. 

Email Vehicle On Demand Videos to Customers

Once logged in, click Video On Demand. 

Use the categories dropdown to jump to a specific topic, or click through each page. 

Find the video you want to send, and under ACTIONS, choose ADD TO EMAIL. A green button will appear a the top of your screen. Select as many videos as you wish to send to the same email. 

When you have all the videos selected, click the green EMAIL VIDEO button. Enter the recipient's information, add a subject and message, and any attachments - such as photos of the customer's vehicle. 

Once all information is entered, click send. You'll return to the VOD page and should see a green Success message at the top of your screen.
