You can integrate your business' social media in your main content zone, as well as your side zones.

Adding Social Feeds to the Main Zone

From your playlist, click on Add in an empty slot.

Then go to General Purpose, then Social. Some of the content here promotes your social media pages. Other will actually take your posts, and display them on your Digital Signage, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. 

To link your social media pages with your EngageDS: 

Click Add to Playlist. 

Enter the name of the Facebook page, Twitter, or Instagram account you want to connect.  If you need help, click the Web Address link next to the field.

Edit the number of posts you want to display, the duration each one will be on the screen, and how far back you want to pull posts from. 

When you're finished, click Save Changes. 

If you want to just promote your Facebook or other social media page but you don't want to display posts, when clicking Add to Playlist simply input your business' personalized page URL and click Save Changes. 

Adding Social Feeds to the Side Zone

Where your social media shows up will vary based on if you have a Digital Menu Board or a Waiting Room TV.

Adding Feed to Menu Board Side Zone

The first slot in your playlist is your Layout.

Click the Edit button on the right-hand side. About halfway down is a box for Twitter User. Enter the Twitter handle of the feed you want to add to your Menu Board, whether it’s your company's page, a news outlet, or local sports team. Make sure you include the “@” sign. Click Save Changes, and you’re done.

Your Social Media posts will appear in your lower third zone.

Adding Feed to Waiting Room TV Side Zone

Click Waiting Room TV layout, and click Edit, and then scroll down to almost the bottom… you can see where there are fields for Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. Here, you can turn these on or off, as well as set the desired feeds. The remainder of the process is the same as for adding the feed to a menu board, please see above. 

When finished, click Save Changes. You social media feeds will now show up in your right-hand panel.
