If you are having trouble reaching your media player over your browser there are a couple things to check:
- Reboot your player and confirm its IP address on the splash screen. If the IP starts with 169 it is not getting an active network connection.
- Simply plug the IP address you see from the splash screen into your browser and press enter. If you are able to get to the device you will be asked for the player’s username and password in order to gain access.
Note: Not all device types have a web interface including E Series, Windows App, and ChromeBox devices.
