Creating Your Initial Messaging
If you don't already have a script pre-written, the Spectrio team will assist you with creating your initial messaging for your On-Hold Marketing.
Please ensure you complete this form and add all the topics and details you'd like the writer to include in your script. You will have final approval on all scripting before it is produced by our professional studio.
Once your audio is completed, it will be delivered to you based on the hardware or options you have selected during the initial setup.

Adding, Removing, and Scheduling Messages
You can see what is currently scheduled and playing under current messaging. You will also see the name of the list where those messages are found.
Find that folder by clicking Messaging on the left.
Click the folder to find the list of scheduled messages.
To remove a message, click the red stop button.
To add a new message, click the green plus button and select the start and end date. If you do not select an end date, the message will play until you sign back in and manually remove it.
