There can be a number of factors as to why a player may be restarting, however, you may want to check that the player is connected to the network.
If you are using the player off of the network for a tradeshow or demo purposes, and this player is running version 5.2 firmware or higher, you may be required to connect the player to a router via a network cable. This router does not need Internet connectivity, however, it will continue to restart if it does not receive an IP address from a router.
