Force Update is a way for you to re-send your schedule updates to your Spectrio Engage hubs by forcing them to check for updates to their channels’ calendar. If you have made changes to your scheduled show, updates have already been sent down to your screens, so this isn’t required. But if you’re ever uncertain of whether an update has processed correctly or if something appears off when you view your show on-screen, you can always re-send it with the Force Update feature on the top right. If you’ve tried this and are still seeing discrepancies in the on screen content, please reach out to our Support team for further investigation.
