When you login to Spectrio Engage for the first time, you’ll probably be doing so with a temporary password, so one of the first things you’ll want to do is change your password.
To change your password, click on the Account icon located at the lower left side of the Navigation menu and then select your user login name, or you can also go to the Admin icon > Users, and then find and edit your user profile.
On your user profile page, click on the “Change Password” button to open the Change Password dialog box.
Type in your current password, and your new password twice. Click on “Save” when you are done.
NOTE: Passwords must be at least 9 characters long and contain at least one uppercase letter, one number, and one special character.
