Step 1: Navigate to the App Library tab for your machine.
Step 2: Scroll to MachineFinder Touch, and press Add.
Step 3: Next, fill in the Bcc Email Address(es) and From Email Address fields. Bcc Email Addresse(es) defines who you’d like to be notified when a customer emails themselves machine information; if you’d like multiple people to be notified, use a comma to separate each email address. From Email Address defines the email address the customer will see when they receive the machine information—we recommend putting a sales email here in case they decide to reply.
Step 4: Fill out the Dealer Key and Dealer Number fields to connect the app to your dealer’s MachineFinder account. If you don’t know your Dealer Key or Dealer Number, please refer to your MachineFinder account portal to find these values.
Step 5: You can use the Theme dropdown to change the color scheme of the app. Ag & Turf uses the classic John Deere green & yellow, while Construction & Forestry takes a black and yellow approach.
Step 6: After you’ve filled out the fields, press the blue checkmark to Save your changes.
Once you’ve finished setting up your MachineFinder Touch app, don’t forget to press the Update Now button to make your changes take immediate effect!
