There are a few tools you can utilize that provide information about the health of your network. They can help you determine what is working properly, or what may need your attention:
The hub is green
If the hub is showing a green status, it means the software is running at the location, the player is working properly, the hub is able to communicate with the Spectrio Engage server, and it is receiving updates as expected.
The calendar has content scheduled
If a channel’s hub is green, and a show is scheduled on the calendar for that channel, then you can be sure that your content is playing today on the screen(s).
