“No signal” is a message from your screen itself, not the Spectrio Engage player. This means there is a hardware problem somewhere in the setup, which could be attributed to many things ranging from the Spectrio Engage player not being powered on, to a cable being loose or disconnected, or even the screen simply being on the wrong input. There are a few quick steps to run through to troubleshoot a signal issue, but you may want to call Spectrio Engage support so that they can assist remotely as well and walk through the steps with you. Confirm the screen is on the correct input
This could be any of the HDMI inputs and will depend on which one the cable is connected to. Typically a screen will show any inactive (meaning nothing connected to them) inputs as being “greyed out”, so this should not be too difficult. If nothing else, you can cycle through all inputs to be safe.
Confirm the Spectrio Engage player is powered on
Each model of the Spectrio Engage player will have a power light illuminated when powered on.
Confirm all cables are securely connected
Check the connections at the player and at the screen, as well as the extenders if you have extenders.
Confirm the extender set is powered on
Each model of extenders will have indicator lights for power and signal.
