If you’re seeing the Windows desktop, then Spectrio Engage may not be running. This can happen if the computer crashes, an anti-virus software prevents Spectrio Engage from launching, there’s a change in the user account on the computer, or a change in the startup configuration, etc. If this does happen, the best course of action is to contact Support immediately for investigation.
