Check the date on the player

• Press the QMENU button
• Use the ARROW DOWN button until you see MAIN MENU and press ENTER
• Use the ARROW DOWN button until you see SET UP and press ENTER
• Use the ARROW DOWN button until you see VIEW/SELECT DATE and press ENTER
• The date on the player will display

If the date on the player is correct, please check all of the content updates and call Support with the information

• Press the QMENU button
• Use the ARROW DOWN button until you see HELP and press ENTER
• Use the ARROW DOWN button until you see CONTENT UPDATES and press ENTER
• Please record all lines for each update

   If the date on the player is incorrect, please call Support and request a set date disc 800-584-4653 x6504
