Accessing Your MediaBridge
MediaBridge Web Interface and Dashboard
Your MediaBridge uses a web interface to edit its account and/or networking configurations, view logs, and send power/restart commands. This interface can be accessed by opening a web browser via a computer on the same network as your MediaBridge. In the web browser, navigate to the IP address of your MediaBridge and login using “Username: admin” “Password: default” to access its web interface.
MediaBridge Dashboard
The Dashboard is the first page you will see after logging into your MediaBridge. This is the main hub for the MediaBridge, as well as where you can see a quick overview of its currently assigned networking and account information.
This page will also run a self-test of your MediaBridge’s outbound connection to our data centers. You will either receive a green or a red message showing the results of the connection test.
Success – MediaBridge-RA has connected on all required ports
Warning MediaBridge-RA is not able to connect
*This message will also include additional information about the connection issue that is detected. Please confirm that the MediaBridge is able to connect to our data centers:
Data Center IP Addresses: 50.207.104.224/27 | 209.166.158.64/27 | 50.248.67.125/27
Required Ports: Please reference the relevant topology for your media player(s)
IP Configuration
Editing IP Configuration
Here you can set the IP Address, Subnet Mask, Gateway, DNS to your static networking information that you would like to assign to your MediaBridge.
- After making your changes to the IP Configuration section, press the Save IP Configurationbutton.
- You will receive the following message: “Account information saved. Please restart the MediaBridge for IP configuration changes to take effect.”
- To restart your MediaBridge, click on the Power link on the left side of the page.
- Click on the Restart MediaBridge button on the next page, your MediaBridge will then boot into your updated information.

Here you can set the information needed to link your MediaBridge back to your CommandCenterHD account.
- After making your changes to the Account Configuration section, press the Save Account Configuration button.
- You will receive the following message: “Account information saved. Please restart the MediaBridge for IP configuration changes to take effect.”
- To restart your MediaBridge, click on the Power link on the left side of the page.
- Click on the Restart MediaBridge button on the next page, your MediaBridge will then boot into your updated information.
Advanced Tuning Parameters
These tools are used in very specific use cases. These settings control intervals and timeout values for the MediaBridge. In most cases you will not need to configure this area.

Administrative Functions
The Administrative functions allow a variety of functions and information to be accessed for your MediaBridge. These functions can be accessed on the dashboard of your MediaBridge’s web interface, in the navigation panel found on the left side of the page.
