Please review the requirements for your MediaBridge. Operating the system outside of these parameters can prevent your MediaBridge from functioning properly.

Please be sure to allocate at least 4 processors and 4GB of RAM to the VM.

Blocking the required ports will prevent your MediaBridge from communicating the data needed for our product to work as intended. This will also prevent the Support Team from providing remote support on your deployment. Blocking any of the “Optional ports” will prevent some features such as external data sources and diagnostics from functioning.
Downloading the .ova:
Go to https://www.industryweapon.com/support and find the "Download MediaBridge or AppBridge" section on the right. You will need your Account ID and Contract Code.
- Account name (ID): XXXX
- Contract code: XXXX
- Select the desired VMWare option based on the hard drive space you wish to allocate to the machine - typically 150G or 200G is recommended (Do not download the App Bridge option).
Configuring the MediaBridge:
Once the .ova file has been deployed to your environment, follow these instructions to configure the static IP address and network information:
