In addition to providing access to all of the community activities, the Calendar area allows you to add appointments for your loved one and see what activities they have attended.
Calendar in the Share App
In the Share app, go to the Main Menu and tap Calendar to access the calendar. Use the button on the Calendar to add new appointments.
You can use the Repeat option on the appointment to make it repeat on a schedule, and you can use the Remind Me option to send a push notification to your loved one's device prior to the appointment start time.
When viewing the calendar, look for the indicator to see what activities your loved one has attended.
Calendar in the Web Portal
In the web portal, the Calendar screen shows community activities and meals as well as any personal appointments that have been created for your loved one.
Use the New Appointment button to add new personal appointments. The Send a Reminder? option on the appointment screen sends a push notification to your loved one's device from the Share app by default, and also allows you to send a phone or text message reminder.
When viewing the calendar, look for the indicator to see what activities your loved one has attended.
