The Address Book in Share allows you to add and block contacts for your loved one. (Please note that contacts are automatically added to Share for anyone who emails your loved one at their Share email address and anyone who your loved one emails from Share.)
Address Book in the Share app
In the Share app, go to the Main Menu and tap Address Book. You can add new contacts by tapping Add Contact.
Turning on Whitelist
The Whitelist option will block any incoming emails from addresses that are not listed as contacts in the Address Book. To enable this option, tap the 
menu on the Address Book screen, then tap Enable Whitelist.
Blocking Individual Contacts
You can also choose to block emails from individual contacts in the Address Book. Open the contact you wish to block, tap the menu, and choose Block Contact.
Address Book in the Web Portal
In the web portal, the Address Book page allows you to view and edit your loved one's contacts. You can add new contacts by clicking New Contact.
Turning on Whitelist
The Whitelist option at the top of the page will block any incoming emails from addresses that are not listed as contacts in the Address Book. To enable this option, just click the toggle.
Blocking Individual Contacts
You can also choose to block emails from individual contacts in the Address Book. Open the contact you wish to block, click the "Block this Person from Contacting My Loved One" toggle, and click Save.
