You can always send messages to your loved one's Share email from your preferred email program, and any messages that they send to you will go to your email program as well. However, as a Family Manager, you can also view and send messages within Share.
Messages on the Share App
In the Share app, go to the Main Menu and tap Messages to see the messages you have received in Share. Tap Write to compose a new message to your loved one, or open a message you have received and tap Reply. Tap Contact Staff to access the Staff Directory and send a message to a staff member.
On the Messages screen, tap the 
menu to access your sent messages.
Messages in the Web Portal
In the web portal, go to the Home screen and click Messages to see the messages you have received from your loved one in Share.
On the Messages screen, tap Show Sent to access your sent messages.
You can also go to the Messages screen on your loved one's account to view the messages you have sent them.
To send a new message, click the blue Message button. On the Compose a Message page, use the Attach button to attach photos or videos; for YouTube videos, you can copy the link into the body of the message, and Share will add the video as an attachment.
